Hybrid Blue Malle Burl Goblet

One of my favourite woods to work with is the Australian mallee burl what comes in all sort of different colours and shapes. Whenever I have to trim a piece on my bandsaw I keep and collect the off cuts so overtime they build up and ready to turn them into a project. This beautiful goblet was turned on my lathe then finished with clear lacquer for extra protection and high gloss finish.
